What we store
- Minimal identifiers, decay/activity scores, and configuration data needed for bot operation.
- Retention follows operational necessity and configured bot features.
- Guild data is deleted when the bot leaves a guild.
Where data lives
Core bot data is hosted in EU-based infrastructure (Germany). Some providers may process limited technical data outside the EEA — see Privacy Policy.

Auto-kick is optional and guarded by explicit controls. See Auto-Kick Guardrails.

Disambiguation
CleanerBot is a Discord inactivity management bot and is not affiliated with bots named ClearerBot, Cleaner, or The Cleaner, nor with mobile storage-cleaner apps using similar names.
CleanerBot is not a message purge or bulk-delete bot.
