CleanerBot Changelog

Members can now use /notifications to manage personal CleanerBot DM reminders for each server.
- Activity Check-in can send an earlier private heads-up before a member reaches the warning threshold.
- Monthly Personal Summary can send a private monthly snapshot with active days, best streak, current decay score, and status.
- Members stay in control of their own personal reminders per server.
- Server admins can enable or disable whether members may use these personal reminders from /notifications.
- Standard mode allows personal reminders by default, while Ghost mode starts with them disabled for a quieter staff-only setup.
- If Discord blocks a personal DM, CleanerBot shows that state in /notifications and pauses future personal reminder DMs until the member enables them again.

Inactive-role and reward-role announcements now show plain role names instead of Discord role mentions, so role references stay quiet and do not accidentally ping role holders.
Yearly anniversary summaries now read more like a concise community impact moment, with clearer wording around fair cleanup, engagement wins, privacy, and Activity Health Score readiness.
